Rapid Response to Business Closings & Layoff Assistance

The Atlanta Regional Workforce Board (ARWB) offers services through its network of Career Resource Centers designed to assist displaced workers in returning to work as soon as possible. This assistance may be in the form of training, job search assistance, and resume preparation. 

Special services are available in instances of major layoffs and company closings, or extreme circumstances, such as assistance to Hurricane Katrina (PDF) evacuees that have relocated to the metro Atlanta area.
